... With a TMI ASA Account
Trust Management Inc.’s Asset Services Account
(ASA) allows you to manage your church bond investments in one
consolidated account. There are no cash contribution limits or
minimum balances for an ASA Account, giving you more flexibility to
control the level of your investments to meet your personal
financial needs.
Trust Management Inc. is an independently owned
Texas Trust Company founded in 1954 to service Church bond issues.
Servicing church bond issues and related accounts is our specialty.
TMI is audited regularly by independent auditors, and is regulated
by the Texas Department of Banking.
What is an ‘ASA’?
ASA is a Custodial account whereby Trust
Management holds your church bonds. Interest and return of principal
is posted to your account into an interest-bearing money market fund until further reinvestment instructions are received.
What are the Benefits?
There are several benefits to having your church
bonds held in an ASA Account, such as….
How can I access my account?
ASA Account holders will receive Quarterly
Account Statements showing their investments and transactions. You
can also monitor your account through our Interactive Voice
Response (IVR) system by calling (888) 839-4472 or by logging onto

and choosing ASA Account Access tab.
As always, TMI’s friendly staff is available
Monday through Friday between 8:15am and 5:00pm Central Time to
answer any questions you may have.
What Fees are involved?
TMI charges $35.00 per year for servicing the
account. You can choose whether to have the fee invoiced or to
have the fee deducted from the cash available in your account. TMI
may also collect from the interest earned, a Cash Management Sweep
Fee of .75% (0.0075) for money swept into the Money Market Fund.
TMI does not charge additional fees for purchases, withdraws,
sales or maturities.
What are the tax
consequences?
As always, you should consult with a tax
advisor before making any investment decisions. Interest on Church

1099 tax forms and other tax reports we receive concerning your
investments.
